Born in Thunder Bay, Ontario, Canada I grew up as the oldest of three siblings. Early on, I developed a love of making movies by using my grandmother's high 8 video camera. By the age of 16, I had created several videos that entertained everyone around me. It was at this time that I knew what I wanted to do with my life. Upon graduating from high school, I entered Confederation College where I studied Film Production. I graduated near the top of my class, but in this business that doesn't necessarily mean all that much. I then started my production company called Pastime Production through which I produce all my work. The one important lesson I learned that I'd like to share is the importance of pushing the envelope and not being afraid to take risks. To this day I consider myself a risk taker and I truly believe that this is an important attribute to have if you're considering a career in film.
I am currently a freelance writer / producer / director, working from my private office in Thunder Bay. I enjoy meeting other professionals and building my network.
